With the supervision of a Mashguiach and the Hashgachá of a authorized regional Rabbis, we guarantee the execution of the kosher practise respecting the tradition and the particularities that it demands.

That´s our formal Certification, assuring that the establishment is 100% KOSHER certified, after a rigorpus process of analysis, improvement, recheck and verification.Each part of the World has the best and most reliable Hashgachá.

The hotel staff is in charge of preparing the meals, that are supervised by a dedicated Mashguiach, that will be available (in a quite discrete way), during the guests stay.The key role of the Mashguiach is to assure that the Kashrut is implemented.The menu will always be elaborated keeping hotel essence and DNA, and in partnership with a specialized Food and Beverage Kosher Manager.

For the Shabbat Tradition, the establishment will receive not only a detailed check list, but also a full training, that will surprise the clients in a way that only after its implementation you will measure.
